Multi-Housing World 2008 Call for Presentations
For nearly four decades, Multi-Housing World has been the industry's preeminent education and trade event. The Multi-Housing World conference program, presented by Multi-Housing News magazine, sets the industry standard for education with its comprehensive A-Z, "soup to nuts" approach over multiple tracks: Property Management, Development, Mixed Use, Marketing & Training, Investment, Finance, Architecture & Green Design, Affordable Housing, and Technology.
The 2008 Multi-Housing World Planning Committee is now accepting presentations for consideration. Proposed sessions must be submitted by December 1, 2007.
Please carefully review the following information before submitting a presentation:
* Each proposed session must be submitted separately. * Each speaker must submit biographical information limited to 100 words or less. * Include a 100 word maximum description of the presentation. * Include three learning objectives for the presentation. * Complete contact and biographical information for each speaker must be submitted. * Once a presentation has been accepted, you will be required to submit handouts by the deadline. * Upon acceptance of a presentation, speakers are required to sign a release form authorizing the reproduction of handout materials and audio recording of their sessions. Sessions may be audio recorded and made available for purchase to conference attendees. * All speaker costs related to attending Multi-Housing World, including travel expenses and special audio-visual equipment, are the responsibility and expense of the speaker. * Promotional presentations submitted on a particular product or company service will not be accepted
Presentation Format: Most sessions are one hour and 15 minutes in length, and may consist of a single interactive lecturer, case study presentation or a panel discussion. Time should be allotted for a question and answer period.
Speaker Qualifications: The primary qualifications for participating are a proven ability to speak effectively to large audiences and an in-depth knowledge of the topic you propose.
Session Review: All sessions submitted by the deadline of January 1, 2008 will be reviewed by the Multi-Housing World Educational Planning Committee. Should your session be selected for the 2008 conference program, you will be notified by April 2008. We apologize, but due to volume, we cannot reply to all submissions.
